Rules and Regulations:

1.  A Merciless Midget who breaks any rules and regulations may be subject to a public assassination from all other members with no XP res.  Depending on Severity the MM may remove you completely.

2.  A Member of the Merciless Midgets must spend over 95% of their online play time on Ventrilo.

3.  Merciless Midgets are not allowed to "purchase" or "buy" any in-game characters unless it is a character from a retiring guild member.

4.  Merciless Midgets are not allowed to run any 3rd party programs that would assist or automate any part of the leveling process.

5.  Merciless Midgets are not allowed to group in any kind of "Bot Train" to XP while AFK.

6.  No Merciless Midget is to ever kill another Merciless Midget on mains, alts, or via any other means.

7.  All Merciless Midgets are required to drop everything and run materials or supplies to any MM grinding off Karma.  The Merciless Midget requesting the supplies must compensate the runner for such supplies.

8.  Merciless Midgets are required to announce any AFK lasting longer than 60 seconds.

9.  A Merciless Midget logged on during a Siege WILL be at the siege.

10. A Merciless Midget is required to leave any XP group when called into a PVP confrontation from another member.

11.  A Merciless Midget is not to leave a losing PVP battle unless logging off or agreed upon by the rest of the members.

11.  A Merciless Midget may never make a "Truce" with any member of any Guild War.  All people with Red Squares must be engaged.

12.  A Merciless Midget may not own a character in any other guild or organization without written consent from a Guild Leader or Officer.

13.  A Merciless Midget may not go to any other Ventrilo server without written consent from a Guild Leader of Officer.

Disbursement of Funds:

The Merciless Midget guild bank funds will be disbursed at the majority vote of the guild.  They will be disbursed to each member who has obtained "Shares" in the Merciless Midget organization.  One Share will be granted to each member that attends a full 2 hour siege for EACH two hour siege attended.  The # of shares owned by the members will reflect a % of the guild funds given to them at time of disbursement.  An up to date XLS Spreadsheet can be downloaded under the "Siege Shares" section on the main page.

Recruitment and Application Process:

The Merciless Midget Recruitment policy is the toughest of any Lineage II Clan.  In order to join the Merciless Midgets a member is required to:

1)  Spend 1 week on the MM Ventrilo Comms prior to joining.

2)  Have your application reviewed by the members of the Merciless Midgets.

2)  Gather 25,000 Karma killing non-believers of the Merciless Midget conquest.

3)  Work off said Karma.

Any existing member of the Merciless Midgets may veto an application for any reason throughout the recruitment process.
