In an ongoing attempt to continue to retain our economic dominance of the server
the Merciless MIdgets would like to issue you a friendly reminder on our tax
structures here on Darkspear. All tax bills can be mailed to Healem A.K.A
Darkspear Treasurer and are due upon the following actions.
*Making a Video Tax -- If you make a video that is not 1000% entertaining and
have wasted the bandwidth of our fellow Darkspearians you are required to pay a
tax of 1G per Megabyte. Tuvahl you are in collections on this account and a 10G
fine has been added for our new "Lame voiceover Tax" which is more of a
sub-category.
*Downing a Boss Tax -- There is a 10 Gold tax per screenshot of some new PVE
boss being downed that nobody cares about. The majority of us Darkspearians are
smart enough to realize that PVE is about as challenging as Minesweeper. There
is a reason we don't lead ANY Of the PVE progression charts and those of you too
stupid to figure that out please stop posting it like an accomplishment. There
is no competition to down big bosses because nobody cares.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY is our NEW TAX 2008. The DAILY TAX
*Daily Quest Tax -- This tax is only due daily if you do DAILY quests. There is
a 10% levy on all Daily Quest $$ received. That means everytime you finish one a
minimum of 1G should be sent in. In an effort to raise public awareness of this
Tax the MM Shut down the reinforcement boats on the Isle. Over 500 Gold was
collected from our event and for those of you who missed it click

Due to popular demand I have decided to release a MM Arena Video. Many people
have been skeptical as to the true level of skill in the MM and rightfully so as
people able to reach 2K in greens isn't a very common occurance.
But today I'm not here to show you our 2v2's. Why? Because they were too easy.
Honestly the footage even bored me as we were just too powerful. The 3v3's
perhaps? Nope again the MM wipe the floor with people so badly it is not even
mildly entertaining. Today I bring you ANOTHER MERCILESS MIDGET FIRST!
The 2 v 3. Thats right. Not a type error. This Video is myself (around +1K
healing at the time) and Triip (less than 300 resil at the time) destroying 3's
teams while we have our 3rd member sit AFK in the cubby.
Now on a side note. Everybody knows that the MM are in preparation to be the #1
Arena Team for when Season 4 launches but after watching this Video Triip and I
made a very difficult decision. We decided to donate Triip to a mentally
handicapped child who has always played a tall and therefore never truly gotten
to feel the power of the smalls. Why this sudden burst of generosity from the
MM? We felt that for Healem & Triip to seriously compete in the Arena system
with our greatly overpowered skill it would just take the fun away from
everybody else. So I suppose you could also consider this the Triip Retirement

Well you have either been too busy playing counterstrike cause you get pwned on a daily basis by the Merciless Midgets OR you noticed that today was one of the larger patches. Shamans go buffed which was exactly what they needed. But more importantly there was the release of Dire Maul and the Midgets were there to start things off! We officially implimented a Dire Maul Viewing Fee of 25 Silver for all those who wished to view. Many many died, however, the MM did fatten up our bank accounts as many people were too excited to see DM to be bothered with getting Corpse Camped. Thank you everyone who payed the tolls today. By the way the group stone is a premium charge of 15 silver. I got really mad seeing all the people today paying to pass but then thinking they bought rights to the group stone as well.
